Product selection

We use a modern qualified laboratory equipped with technologically advanced tools for the control and selection of pieces in outsourcing, with 10 machines for the control and selection with 0 waste. The sorters reject foreign bodies and ensure the defects of the dimensions established in the drawings. In addition to checking the screws with a diameter from 1 to 19 mm with a length from 10 to 150 mm, we can also check and select turning products or sheared pieces, cold forged, such as clips and springs. For us it is essential, after carrying out the checks, to pack the pieces in their boxes, in order to guarantee the quality level of our performance and avoid the possibility of pollution of the pieces.
